Job Description

Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the accounting & finance department.

Assist in the implementation of new financial systems or tools to enhance reporting capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior RTR Should Have

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
