If you are an individual who demonstrates exceptional interest in Research & Development with a focus on advancing software products. We want to talk to you We are looking for a full-time R&D Software Engineer (Remote) who can apply professional skills in a wide range of tasks, including :

Responsibilities :

Research & Innovation

: Explore new technologies, frameworks, and programming methodologies to create innovative solutions.

Software Development

: Design, develop, test, and maintain software tools, applications, or systems.

Problem-Solving

: Work on complex problems that require unique, experimental, or optimized programming solutions.

Prototyping

: Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) to test new ideas or validate feasibility.

Collaboration

: Work with product managers, software engineers, or data scientists to integrate new solutions into real products.

Documentation

: Prepare technical reports and maintain code documentation for future reference.

Requirements :

At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer.

Strong programming ability (Python, C / C++, Java, PHP or other relevant languages).

Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.

Experience with research-oriented work (machine learning, simulations, optimization, or systems programming, depending on the industry).

An analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Familiarity with version control (Git), testing frameworks, and CI / CD tools.
