We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team at SUNUP HEALTHCARE SDN BHD. In this full-time position based in Subang Jaya, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient management and coordination of our warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and delivery.
Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and full inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Ensuring the warehouse is well-organised, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Liaise with the logistics and transportation agent to ensure seamless delivery of goods to customers.
Improve warehouse efficiency and space utilization.
Providing regular reports and updates to management on warehouse performance and any issues or concerns.
To carry out any instruction or any assignment given by the superior.

Requirements

With SPM / STPM / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistic or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing industry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
