Talent Acquisition Specialist @ GrowthOps Asia

We’re looking for a social‑native and experienced content creator who can concept, shoot, and edit nimble, platform‑first content for TikTok, Reels, and beyond. If you love turning ideas into scroll‑stopping content, this is for you.
In this role you will collaborate with a large and diverse array of creatives and consultants within GrowthOps, working on one of Malaysia’s leading Telecommunication providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original short‑form videos tailored to each social platform
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers and community managers to bring campaigns to life
- Effectively manage a client on location during a shoot
- Film and edit content using smartphones
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them for brand use
- Assist with influencer content and production if needed
