Overview

Senior Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of Core Banking projects on the AS400 platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and control standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery : Manage full-cycle technical delivery of projects, including system enhancements and upgrades, within allocated budget and timelines.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Oversee technical dependencies across application teams, working with Business Analysts, System Analysts, and subject matter experts to deliver solutions.
• Risk & Progress Management : Proactively track and mitigate technical risks and issues while providing status reporting to Program or Project Managers.
• Solution Compliance : Collaborate with architects and development managers to ensure designs meet enterprise architecture, security, and control standards.
• Testing & Deployment : Facilitate end-to-end testing phases (SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing) and coordinate production cutover and post-implementation support.
