Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in law or related field; Paralegal certification is a plus. Having at least 2 years of experience in the legal profession, preferably with experience in fintech or tech industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and precision. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Be able to work independently as well as part a team. Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with all teams to provide comprehensive legal support and administrative assistance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in local and international markets.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies to maintain legal and ethical standards.
- Handle company secretarial work, drafting minutes and resolutions with minimum supervision.
- Conduct legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business.
- Handle litigation matters, if any, and work closely with external counsel when required.
