Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Full-Time position available.
Job Descriptions :
- Manage full set accounts up to the balance sheet.
- Preparing and processing account payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining the general ledger.
- Maintain proper filing of accounts and administrative documents.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for annual audits and tax matters.
- Providing support to the finance team in various accounting-related tasks.
- Others duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
