Job Title : Functional Lead (SFA)
Key Responsibilities :
- 1. Define functional requirements for the sales force automation (SFA) system.
- 2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand requirements.
- 3. Customize and configure the SFA system to support sales processes.
- 4. Provide subject matter expertise and support to the development team.
- 5. Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate user training and adoption.
Key KPIs / SLAs :
1. Alignment of SFA functionality with sales and marketing requirements.2. User satisfaction with SFA usability and effectiveness.3. Timely resolution of SFA-related issues and enhancements.4. Successful implementation of SFA customizations and configurations.5. User adoption and utilization of SFA features.Desired Skills, Experience, Qualifications :
