Role Responsibilities :
- Drive and execute the assigned initiatives or campaigns according to business objectives
- Go-to-Market : Ensure end-to-end framework and internal and external coordination are in place in support of these initiatives / campaigns
- Campaign management : preparation of effective campaign materials or communications materials and provide post-launch campaign support.
- Deliver according to the campaign success metrics and goals, including recommendations of any improvement measures that may support the attainment of business goals
- Lead any system related improvement initiatives : Provide support in all enhancement related initiatives including formation of system requirements, user acceptance testing and ensuring the post-deployment enhancements are successful.
- Perform and contribute to competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment to ensure that deliverables are compliant at all times.
Role Qualification
Relevant professional qualification and / or degree in Marketing and customer marketing, statistical studies or business analytics is welcome to applyMinimum 6-7 years working experience in areas of digital campaign management, partnership and customer marketingProficient in Microsoft Excel or Power BI is a mustKnowledge in Takaful and / or insurance products is preferredProject management and intermediate data / statistical skills is a must.Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
