Job Overview :

The ERP Project Manager has the mission to lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems that streamline business operations and support cross-functional alignment. This role ensures timely, efficient project delivery while bridging business needs with technical solutions through clear communication, initiative, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Alignment of ERP Solutions to Company Needs :
• Align, optimize and improve processes of the company to business needs and direction.
• Sync processes with Odoo ERP Standard processes setup and find solutions where needed.
• Develop customized processes based on operation needs
• ERP Implementation :
• Lead the implementation of ERP projects from start to finish
• Ensure that project milestones are delivered on time
• Maintenance and Training
• Compile data analysis reports according to user requirements.
• Manage user permissions, accounts and password administration.
• Optimize automated workflows by leveraging on system capabilities.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs to ensure effective adoption of the ERP.
• Coordinate Cross-functional Teams and Vendors
• Liase and work closely with the tech team
• Complete adoption of the system across all relevant departments within 3 months post launch
• Project Progress Communications
• Ensure communication of project progress with stakeholders
• Retaining stakeholder satisfaction score of 8.5 / 10 or higher

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology or any related field

Experience in managing ERP system implementation.

Project management skills and experience in project management tools. (eg. ASANA, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, etc)

Basic knowledge of business processes and system integration. (logical knowledge)

Familiar with Python, XML and SQL languages.

Understand API operations.

Proficient in Excel functions and BI tools.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Able to adapt to new tools and technology.

Self-discipline and able to take initiatives.

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills.

Open to travel to China for a period of 2 to 3 weeks every 1 to 2 months.
