Now, we are looking for candidate with below criteria : -

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Shipping & E-Commerce Officer to oversee our online sales operations across platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, while managing both domestic and international shipping activities.

This role sits at the crossroads of marketing, logistics, and operations — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and taking ownership of results.

1. Shipping & Logistics

• Plan, coordinate, and execute local and international shipments according to delivery schedules.
• Prepare and verify all shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, trade agreements, and import / export regulations.
• Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and maintain delivery efficiency.
• Negotiate freight rates and ensure cost‑effective logistics solutions.
• Maintain accurate records for reporting and audits.

2. E-Commerce Operations

3. Analysis & Reporting

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2–3 years of working experience in shipping, logistics, and e-commerce (preferred).

Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and trade compliance.

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Ads Manager, Lazada Seller Hub, and logistics systems.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).

Fresh graduates with a passion to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
