Penerangan pekerjaanDefine and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and AI product portfolios. Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation, design, and development to launch, adoption, and scaling. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, data science, marketing, operations, and business leaders) to deliver innovative and impactful AI‑enabled products. Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, customer adoption, and business impact. Stay abreast of emerging digital and AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Build, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and specialists, fostering a culture of customer‑centricity and innovation. Ensure compliance with data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory standards. Act as a thought leader and advocate for digital and AI products, both internally and externally. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 12–15 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles overseeing digital or AI / ML products. Proven track record of delivering successful AI and digital products at scale. Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, GenAI) and digital platforms. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with organisational goals. Experience working in agile environments and leading cross‑functional teams. Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
