Legal and Compliance Executive – Social Finance
Social Finance specializes in financial and business consultancy where we guide and assist SMEs to achieve ideal business performance. As our team is growing, we are looking for a Legal and Compliance Executive to join us!
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and solidify all forms of agreements, letters, proposals, contracts, and other business documents.
- Provide legal and compliance advisory to senior management across corporate transactions, strategic partnerships, and investment structures.
- Assist in ensuring any transactions involving the Company / Group of Companies is in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures with applicable laws and regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams / departments and provide support on corporate legal matters, laws and regulations.
- Attend to any other duties or assignments as and when deemed necessary by the Management.
