Penerangan pekerjaanAssist in surgical procedures as a Scrub Nurse, Runner, or Prep Nurse Prepare the Operating Theatre (OT) and surgical instruments Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the OT environment Monitor and care for patients before, during, and after surgery Educate patients about surgery and post-operative care Help schedule surgeries and manage OT timing Handle patient flow and ensure smooth coordination on surgery days Respond to and manage patient concerns or complaints Maintain and operate surgical equipment and instruments Keep accurate records, reports, and inventory data Coordinate with suppliers for medical supplies Follow all safety and medical standards at all times Possess at least Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Nursing or Medical Assistant Must possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) or Retention of Name With or without prior work experience (training will be provided for fresh graduates)
