Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide Hands‑on technical support for Semiconductor’s group machine installation, setup, buy‑off, upgrade, troubleshooting, repairing and preventive maintenance at customer sites both locally and overseas.
  • Prepare reports including service reports and provide feedback on technical issues regarding machine performance.
  • Update the management and other concerned personnel on the activities and progress of the job.
  • Respond to customer requests to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within deadline by communicating and working closely with HQ and Sales Personnel.
  • Conduct training on proper operation of the machine at customer site.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent. However, candidates with hands‑on working experience in the Semiconductor industry are also encouraged to apply.
  • At least 01 year(s) of working experience in the Semiconductor industry is an added advantage but Fresh graduates with a good mindset and attitude are strongly encouraged to apply .

  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both in written & communication.
  • Able to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage although not compulsory as opportunity to learn will be provided upon confirmation.
  • The candidate must possess own transport and be willing to travel as and when required by the task and business nature.

  • Trustworthy team player with high integrity of confidentiality.
  • Relocation flexibility.
