  • Monitoring programme results to ensure that objectives are being met.
  • Facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing, ensuring lessons learned are documented and applied
  • Contribute to the review and analysis of operations plans, identifying potential challenges and ensuring alignment with the program’s strategy
  • Identifies new and better approaches to streamline work processes and improve overall program delivery
  • Organizations of trainings for the operations or smallholders on programme.
  • Follow up on performance indicators / success criteria, targets and milestones and preparation of reports.
  • Support the implementation and performance of partnership agreements through field visits and appropriate physical monitoring.
  • Analysis of the situation in programme, identification of operational and financial problems as well as development of solutions.
  • Present a thoroughly researched information for formulation of programme, preparation of project documents drafts, work plan, budgets and proposals on implementation arrangements.
  • Any other task assigned by the superior or management from time to time from time to time.
