About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance Executive to join our dynamic team at ONE HOLIDAYS ABOVE SDN. BHD - ( travel agent ) in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and operations of our company. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our organisation.

 THE CANDIDATE WILL REQUIRED TO PREPARE THE PAYMENT VOUCHERS / PETTY CASH AND DATA ENTRY TO SQL SYSTEM

 HANDLING MONTHLY P&L REPORT

 THE CANDIDATE WILL ALSO REQUIRED TO MANAGE THE DAILY CASH FLOW, ACCOUNT PAYABEL AND ACCOUNT RECEIVEABLE.

 PREPARING FINANCE REPORT.

 THE CANDIDATE WILL ALSO REQUIRED TO ISSUE ATTRACTATION TICKETS FROM THE PORTAL

 PREPARING VECHICLE LOG PROFIT AND LOSS

 NEED A FAMILIAR WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE, OUTLOOK AND SQL SYSTEM ADDED ADVANTAGE

 GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH

 TRAINING WILL PROVIDED

 MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
