We are seeking an AI Software Engineer to build secure, scalable services and accelerate our Agentic AI roadmap. You’ll develop in Python with additional work in Java and Node.js, champion DevSecOps across the lifecycle, and turn AI use cases into robust, production-ready solutions. You’ll partner with global teams, communicating clearly in English and working autonomously to deliver outcomes under time and workload pressure.

Key responsibilities include :

• AI Delivery : Prototype, evaluate, and operationalize LLM / Agentic AI solutions (prompt engineering, prompt-chaining, guardrails, evaluation).
• Design & Build : Design, implement, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations with high availability and performance.
• Secure SDLC : Embed security by design; implement CI / CD, automated testing, code quality gates, and vulnerability scanning.
• Operational Excellence : Instrument services for logging, metrics, tracing and agent observability; drive reliability, incident prevention, and post-mortems.
• Collaboration : Partner with product, data, and security teams across regions; refine requirements and plan increments using Agile methods.
• Code Quality : Uphold standards through reviews, pair programming, and documentation; mentor peers on best practices.
• Version Control & Workflow : Manage branching strategies, PR hygiene, and releases using Git and project management tools.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and deliver process / tooling improvements that speed up delivery without compromising security or quality.

As an AI Software Engineer , your interest in both Agentic AI and software engineering will be essential. A willingness to learn, strong communication skills, and foundational knowledge in both development and application support will set you up for success.

Qualifications :

Experience with cloud platforms (OpenShift / Azure) and infrastructure as code.

Hi, my name is Chong Jin Chun and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2007, when I took a role as Senior Software Engineer in the Customer Service team. Gaining more hands‑on experience with Solution Architecture has always fascinated me, so from there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Principal Architect role. In 2019, I moved to a management role, being Team Manager. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – technology.
