As the EV market continues to expand, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth, strengthen market presence, and build strong customer and partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in renewable energy, EV, or technology sectors).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Experience in B2B and government tenders is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of EV ecosystem, energy, or sustainability industry preferred.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients (property developers, fleet operators, government agencies, and commercial businesses).
  • Drive brand awareness campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine business strategies.
  • Collaborate with the technical and operations team to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
  • Manage and mentor the sales & marketing team to meet KPIs.
