Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales and KPI targets while improving store productivity and managing operational expenses.
- Oversee retail operations including store openings, inventory, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and develop retail teams, identify talent, and support succession planning through training and coaching.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as merchandising, marketing, and e-commerce to support retail initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and enhance customer experience through localized execution of global programs.
