Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Customer Experience Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through multiple channels and helping to ensure smooth travel experiences for all users of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media to respond to inquiries and requests.

Handle incoming calls and messages from new or existing customers and suppliers.

Attend to walk-in guests and provide assistance in a professional manner.

Assist customers and suppliers in resolving feedback or disputes.

Check and update customers on booking statuses.

Work with the operations team to manage complaints or service issues.

Manage bookings, including date changes, cancellations, and refunds.

Coordinate with agents and suppliers for ground arrangements.

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Mass Communication, E-commerce, Tourism, or related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Able to remain calm, friendly, and helpful when dealing with customers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good understanding of tourism operations and administrative tasks.

Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

A team player with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Based in or willing to relocate to Langkawi Island.
