Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer quality audits, 8D responses, and product qualifications.
  • Main liaison with customers on all quality-related matters, including audits, complaints, and performance reviews.
  • Lead 8D investigations and ensure timely, effective closure of customer complaints and returns (RMA).
  • Manage and monitor Customer Scorecards, DPPM trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Oversee new product qualifications and ensure customer-specific quality requirements are fulfilled during NPI.
  • Coordinate customer audits, quality agreements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supplier Quality) to prevent recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Champion zero-defect mindset and customer-first quality culture on the production floor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge in ISO9001, IATF16949, IPC standards, 8D, FMEA, and SPC tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience dealing with international customers and audit bodies is a strong advantage.
