Responsibilities
Oversee customer quality audits, 8D responses, and product qualifications.
Main liaison with customers on all quality-related matters, including audits, complaints, and performance reviews.
Lead 8D investigations and ensure timely, effective closure of customer complaints and returns (RMA).
Manage and monitor Customer Scorecards, DPPM trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Oversee new product qualifications and ensure customer-specific quality requirements are fulfilled during NPI.
Coordinate customer audits, quality agreements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supplier Quality) to prevent recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
Champion zero-defect mindset and customer-first quality culture on the production floor.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge in ISO9001, IATF16949, IPC standards, 8D, FMEA, and SPC tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience dealing with international customers and audit bodies is a strong advantage.
