Role Summary : We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Strategic Sales Team to identify and develop commercial and strategic partnerships with partners and affiliates to achieve company objectives and strategic goals. The candidate should possess a customer‑centric mindset, strong deal‑making skills, and thrive in a competitive environment.
What you’ll be doing :
- Drive strategic engagement, overseeing the performance of the team and ensuring individual and team targets are met.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and client retention.
- Deliver great experience to clients and affiliates by presenting our brand and acting as the frontline liaison internally and externally.
- Prospect, identify and seek opportunities with potential new clients to achieve targets while providing key value to both parties.
- Manage portfolio : maintain good relationships with existing clients, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for new products and services.
- Analyze current sales strategies and suggest improvements for the team with a strategic, long‑term focus.
- Share ideas, feedback and input on consumer products or marketing to grow the business.
- Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives, including targets and forecasts.
- Supervise, mentor and guide the team; track overall performance and align it to team targets.
- Support negotiation and contracting processes with clients, partners and affiliates.
- Collaborate with HODs to ensure effective communication across teams and coordinate with senior management on strategy, execution and product updates.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.Minimum of five years’ experience in B2B solution sales, with at least two years of leadership experience.Strong skills in team management, mentoring, strategic planning and a positive, time‑bound attitude towards achieving goals.Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
