Key Responsibilities :

Account Management & Business Development

  • Develop and manage relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their IT networking requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted industries.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.

Solution Selling & Technical Consultation

  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to propose suitable networking solutions (LAN / WAN, wireless, cloud networking, security, etc.).
  • Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to position Raddish Technology's offerings as value-driven and competitive.
  • Provide clients with strategic advice on emerging technologies and IT transformation initiatives.
  • Account Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare and implement account development plans, including sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and customer growth strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Generate regular reports on account performance, opportunities, and revenue achievement.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project delivery and customer support.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and profitability objectives.
  • Support marketing activities such as events, roadshows, and solution workshops.
  • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in IT networking sales, account management, or solution selling.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise clients and achieving / exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of networking solutions (Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.) and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin / Malay is an added advantage).
  • Job Type : Permanent

    Pay : RM4, RM6,500.00 per month
