About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team at MONSIEUR (M) SDN BHD. In this full-time position based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our online sales and digital marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement
  • Managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform to deliver a seamless user experience
  • Analyzing website analytics and user data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Creating and curating engaging content for our e-commerce channels, including product listings, blog posts, and social media campaigns
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate online and offline marketing efforts
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging e-commerce technologies
  • Respond to customer inquiries via marketplace (Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok)
  • Process and track customers' orders, returns, and exchanges, and upsell additional products when appropriate
  • Provide knowledgeable and helpful responses to customer complaints and concerns, and offer solutions to retain the customer and drive sales growth

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within the marketing & communications industry
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and user experience principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Platform and Algorithm.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Friendly, energetic, outspoken and confident on live streams or videos.
