• As a Guru you will be accountable for :
• Performance campaign management :
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) to meet and exceed business targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Trade, Sales, Product, and Data) to translate business needs into effective digital campaigns.
• Proactively connect with potential vendors to explore and test new ad features, platforms, and objectives to identify growth opportunities.
• Mobile app performance :
• Manage and optimize paid performance plans to boost app installations and consumer engagement.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of app data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Continuously develop and execute A / B tests to enhance the quality of app installs.
• Data-driven decision making
• Build and maintain trustworthy dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.
• Analyze website and app traffic to guide and optimize paid channel campaigns.
• Team collaboration :
• Collaborate with various teams to gather insights and identify new growth initiatives.
• Others :
• Based on managers’ request, to maintain & optimize performance
• We're looking for someone with :
• 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on large-scale branding campaigns and mobile app performance
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity to marketing and consumer metrics
• Proven record in running multi-channel campaigns with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with Data and Product to setup tracking flow for mobile app
• Ability to use marketing tools : Google Analytics (web, app), Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Appsflyer / Adjust, SimilarWeb...
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
