Sales Manager – Renewable Energy Solutions
to drive growth, build partnerships, and lead the clean energy transformation in Malaysia.
Your Role
As our Sales Manager, you will :
- Drive revenue growth across commercial and industrial segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, government agencies, and corporate clients.
- Lead high-value negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closures.
- Represent Hasilwan at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project delivery.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.4+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.Proven success in B2B sales within solar PV, energy efficiency, or electrical systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding of Malaysia's renewable energy market and incentive programs.Independent, results-driven, and open to nationwide travel.Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic knowledge of solar PV / energy systems.Why Join Us?
