We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support our Human Resource and Administration Department. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while handling both HR and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in daily HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave records.
Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, office supplies, and correspondence.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments on administrative matters.
Support HR in organizing company events, staff activities, and training sessions.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsible, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
