You’ll design, build, and maintain tools that streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of Developer and QA teams across several titles. Collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders, you’ll shape tooling strategy, deliver robust solutions, and ensure the systems you create support clear data reporting and cross-project visibility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying bottlenecks, proposing technical improvements, and delivering tools that scale across teams and locations.

What you'll be doing :

• Design, develop, and maintain tooling solutions to enhance Developer and QA productivity.
• Work with product owners to understand needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Demo prototypes and in-progress tools to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback.
• Ensure tools support reliable reporting across availability, utilisation, and QA metrics.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across QA engineering workflows.
• Shadow QA teams to identify process issues and propose technical improvements.
• Act as a central point of contact for tool status updates across multiple titles and locations.
