What You’ll Do :

  • Manage daily store operations including sales, staff, and making sure customers are happy
  • Lead and support a team of sales supervisors to hit sales targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop future leaders in the team
  • Keep track of daily sales and make sure monthly and yearly goals are met
  • Share feedback on sales, promotions, customer opinions, and market trends
  • Manage store inventory to keep stock levels right and avoid shortages

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar, with at least 2 years of retail management experience
  • Good at analyzing data, paying attention to details, and understanding business needs
  • Organized, confident, and driven to meet goals in a busy environment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Able to earn trust and respect from your team and partners
  • Own transport and willing to travel when needed
