Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL OWN :

• Monitor and manage the queue of commercial-related cases to ensure SLAs are met and cases are resolved on a timely basis.
• Collaborate with the STL to support the new VAM's onboarding process
• Assist VAM's concern on SOP, issues raised by vendors and objection handling.
• Monitor the Daily Productivity Report & Target List sheet and ensure that VAMs are updating it.
• Facilitating sessions with TL / STL new process and improvement tools.
• Cross-functional market support, the incumbent needs to study and understand trends across all support markets.
• Perform Senior Commercial Executive tasks as per job description. The target is 50% of VAM capacity.
