Base pay range

Adecco's client is looking for a Policy & Compliance Manager - Payments to join their global business operations team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in payments, e-wallets, or financial services, who can drive policy governance, compliance, and operational standards across international payment networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain internal policies and operating standards related to payment processes, member participation, transaction flows, dispute handling, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Sales, Risk, and Legal to ensure smooth policy implementation and compliance.
• Provide expert advisory support on contracts, negotiations, and new initiatives, ensuring compliance and operational alignment.
• Report to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making in global payment operations.
