JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure daily cleanliness, hygiene, and safety compliance at the ramen outlet in line with QAQC and food safety standards.
• Manage daily stock of ramen ingredients, toppings, packaging, and disposables — place timely orders and minimize wastage.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent customer service in a high-volume, quick-service environment.
• Supervise and coordinate with service crews during peak and off-peak hours.
• Prepare and rotate staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
• Report directly to the Operation Manager on daily operations, customer feedback, and any operational issues.
• Monitor sales performance, queue times, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Prepare daily / weekly reports on sales, wastage, staffing, and customer incidents.
• Strictly follow company SOPs for food handling, cash management, opening / closing procedures, and uniform standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management (e.g., assisting during rush hours, mystery audits, promotional events).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Reports To : Operation Manager

Location : AEON Mall Shah Alam

Working Hours : Daily 7.5 hours + OT , including weekends & public holidays.

(One flexible rest day per week, scheduled between Monday to Friday)
