C&S Manager – Arup (Contract 14 months)

Join Arup as a Civil & Structures Manager and lead the design and execution of structural and civil works for fast‑paced infrastructure projects. You will partner with the Project Manager, planner and site teams to deliver high‑quality, safe, and on‑time results from early works to final handover.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all civil and structural design activities and ensure effective site execution.
• Supervise daily site works, ensuring alignment with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), EHS standards and DOSH regulations.
• Liaise with stakeholders including consultants, contractors and the internal delivery team to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor progress and quality, implement risk assessments and ensure timely delivery of both temporary and permanent works.
• Lead and mentor site staff, including Clerks of Works, and coordinate with the project planner to align on schedules and milestones.
