Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must proposed a Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent. 2-3 years of related experience Preferred Mandarin speakers, as need to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders Ability to multi-task & work independently. Experience in using Autocount system.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of full sets accounts, including cash management, AP, AR, GL, inventory, & bank reconciliations.
- To assist in yearly financial audit & auditors.
- Support the audit process
- To liaise with external parties e.g. bankers, company secretaries, suppliers, contractors, tax agents & other licensing authorities to ensure compliance with regulations & standard.
- Follow up outstanding invoices and payments.
- Assisting with the preparations of financial reports & analysis.
- Provide administrative support to finance team
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies & procedures.
- Ensure proper filing of all company's financial documents
- To handle or undertake any assignments, ad-hoc function, special projects & related duties as & when necessary.
