Ensure that all subordinate team members achieve their Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Track the achievements of subordinates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, providing guidance and corrective actions as needed.
Lead the establishment of new outlets within the designated territory, including planning and execution.
Implement strategies to control Accounts Receivable (AR) within the territory.
Work in accordance with the Monthly Work Plan to ensure the efficient operation of the sales team.
Ensure comprehensive daily coverage of all assigned routes to maximize market penetration.
Coordinate and maintain clear communication with the Warehouse to ensure timely and accurate stock availability.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, ensuring their prompt resolution.
Provide routing assistance and file maintenance support for the sales team.
Ensure that selling tools and point-of-purchase materials are readily available for agents or depots.
Coordinate the completion of identified resets, special events, and equipment deliveries.
Monitor the attendance, leave, and sick days of subordinate team members, ensuring adequate coverage.
Coach and mentor existing and newly joined team members to enhance their performance and skills.
Work towards and strive to attain monthly and quarterly targets in terms of cases and revenue for the designated territory.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent.
At least 1 - 2 years working experience in sales managing wholesaler preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods company.
Strong analytical ability with negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
Computer literate – Microsoft Windows applications.
Possess own transport.
