Head, HR Governance & Compliance

Develop, implement and review employment related policies for Bursa Malaysia as well as enforcement and advisory of discipline, policies and all labour related matters to create a fair, harmonious and nurturing working environment for Bursa Malaysia.

This includes an extended scope with collaboration with Risk & Compliance division under the Integrity Unit team working on implementation and managing the integrity management frameworks, processes and guidelines in a consistent, efficient and effective manner across the Bursa Group.

Key Responsibilities

• TO MANAGE EMPLOYMENT & LABOUR RELATED MATTERS INCLUDING HANDLING UNION RELATED MATTERS AND RESOLVING GRIEVANCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH BURSA’S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

a) To lead negotiation on the new terms and conditions for non-executives staff with the National Union of Commercial Workers (NUCW) during a renewal of Collective Agreement (CA).

a) To champion and review Bursa’s employment related policies as Employee Handbook, Human Resource Manual, Code of Ethics, Securities Transaction Policy, Work From Home, etc. This includes any new amendments with any new regulations which will impact employee.
