Job Description—Teacher :

1. Curriculum Development : Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in alignment with educational standards and curriculum guidelines.

2. Instructional Delivery : Deliver dynamic and interactive lessons using a variety of instructional strategies, technologies, and resources to engage students and facilitate effective learning experiences.

3. Assessment and Evaluation : Administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student understanding and progress, analyze results, and provide timely feedback to students, parents, and stakeholders.

4. Differentiated Instruction : Differentiate instruction to accommodate individual learning styles, abilities, and needs, including the provision of additional support or enrichment opportunities as required.

5. Classroom Management : Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, respect, and collaboration, while effectively managing student behavior and promoting a culture of mutual respect and responsibility.

6. Professional Development : Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of current educational trends, best practices, and research-based strategies, and continuously enhance your teaching skills and knowledge.

7. Student Support : Provide academic and emotional support to students, offering guidance, counselling, and mentorship as needed to promote their overall well-being and academic success.
