Transaction Review Analyst

In this role, you’re not just completing processes—you’re playing a key part in safeguarding market order and transaction security. Every day, your professional judgment and keen observation will be the team’s strongest line of defense.

Job Responsibilities

  • Rigorously review withdrawal requests, identify and handle problematic clients
  • Analyze and extract insights from problematic client data
  • Establish rules and assist in modeling

Requirements

  • Strong logical thinking and numerical sensitivity
  • Good communication skills, able to coordinate with cross‑functional teams for daily collaboration and issue tracking
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, proactive, able to work independently with flexibility
  • At least one year experience with transaction monitoring or withdrawal processing

    • Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Background or work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields (not mandatory)
  • Experience in brokerage back‑office operations or strong interest in investment trading
  • Financial background is a plus

    • Working hours

  • 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) OR
  • 24x7 on‑site shift rotation with competitive shift allowance (5 days of work per week)
