As a Digital Insurance Project Manager, your core responsibility will be to oversee and manage the implementation of new and / or existing projects within CoverGo's operations. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong drive to lead transformative projects in the insurtech industry.
What You Will Do
Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholdersLead project planning sessions with the internal team and client's staffSupport solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and PoCsParticipate in proposal and POC processes (i.e. design, submission, and review)Support the creation of contracts and related communication with clientsIdentify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clientsManage project progress and adapt work as requiredEnsure projects meet deadlinesManage relationships with clients and stakeholdersHost regular / weekly project review and create reports with key metrics about team and project status using company standard metricsOversee all incoming and outgoing project documentationIdentify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependenciesContinuously optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessaryWhat We Need
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is a plus5+ years experience as a Project ManagerInsurance domain knowledge is a mustStrong client facing experience is a mustTechnical skills are a plusHas experience seeing projects through the full life cycleExcellent analytical skills and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills and extremely resourcefulProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelineSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAble, willing, and excited to work in a fast-paced collaborative startup environmentMust be based in Malaysia or SingaporeWhy You\'ll Love Working Here
