REQUIREMENTS

Preferable having experience in renovation industry

Require Language(s) : English , Malay and Mandarin Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor Strong communication skills, responsible and service minded

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In charge of pre and post tender costing, clarification and submission.

In charge of pre and post contract award, sub contractor / supplier comparison and selection.

In charge of post contract site valuation, progress claim EOT application and closing final account of both main and sub contract.

Lead and coach the procurement team in relation to all purchasing matters.

负责前后合同授予、分包商 / 供应商对比和选择。

负责合同后现场估价、进度索赔EOT申请以及主、分合同的结算决算。

领导和指导采购团队处理所有采购事宜.
