About the role
We are seeking a detailed-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join our team at Syarikat Perniagaan Lamzhuan Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time role is integral to providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales team.
What you'll be doing
- Process customer orders, issue invoices, delivery orders (DO), and other related documents.
- Ensure timely updating, filing, and maintaining invoice records and supporting document.
- Handle phone calls and messages from the Sales team and customers regarding orders.
- Communicate and coordinate closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Account teams to fulfil customer orders efficiently.
- Assist in stock-related documentation when necessary
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior as needed.
What we're looking for
Minimum SPM level. School leavers and fresh graduates are welcome; prior work experience is an advantageMust be willing to work overtimeProficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Good written and spoken proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communucate in Mandarin is a plus.Detail-oriented, well-organized, meticulous, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.Candidates that are able to start work immediately would have an added advantage.Working Hours :
Monday-Friday : 8.30 a.m p.m.
Saturday : 8.30 a.m p.m.
