Senior / Customer Care Executive (Artwork Development Project / Manufacturing)

Responsibilities :

• Support the Sales team by coordinating artwork development and ensuring timely, accurate service delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal departments to manage artwork development
• Track packaging artwork progress and follow up with suppliers to meet delivery timelines
• Support item code creation and maintain accurate records in the ERP system
• Assist in automating and digitalizing artwork processes
• Ensure all artwork activities meet KPIs and reporting requirements
