Senior Business Analyst (all genders) – Helpling Singapore

Join Helpling as a Senior Business Analyst supporting our Singapore business.

YOUR IMPACT – YOUR ROLE

Ready to take ownership and make an impact? Based out of Malaysia, you will play a critical role in driving data‑informed decisions, supporting strategic initiatives around pricing, utilisation, and unit economics, and analysing key marketing and operational projects. You will work independently, prioritise multiple projects, and deliver high‑quality analyses with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all Singapore business data needs
Analyse and report on marketing campaigns, AB‑tests, and Singapore‑specific initiatives
Perform root cause analysis for operational and business problems
Plan and support marketing campaign analysis
Conduct historical data reporting for Singapore‑specific requirements
Support in developing product and system requirements
Identify market competition trends through data research
Work on strategic projects around pricing models, utilisation, and unit economics

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Must‑Haves

Strong SQL skills for data querying and management

Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred; PowerBI or Looker acceptable)

Experience with Python for data analysis

Ability to conduct statistical analyses

Proven track record of analysing and interpreting business data to inform decisions

Ability to manage multiple fast‑changing priorities independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice‑to‑Haves

Familiarity with Airflow for managing data pipelines

Experience in A / B testing methodologies

Knowledge of machine learning concepts
