Assistant Manager, Sales

Job Scope

• Responsible in achieving and surpass sales target
• Lead and guide sales staff to meet targets set by management
• Train, motivate and coach sales person attending to sales enquiries, including telephone enquiries, walk in customer by providing products information with the objective to achieve sales target
• Follow through on matters pertaining sales and loan until completion of the sales process
• To lead sales team in participation in launches, events, roadshows and exhibitions, and sales gallery duties
• To provide report to management on sales status and performance
• In charge of overall Sales Gallery / Office daily operation matters and upkeep
• Assist in resolving sales related disputes and soft skills management of internal and external sales team
