Are you driven by data and inspired by the power of insights? We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Executive, Data Analytics to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting credit assessment and rating decisions by analyzing data, interpreting risk scores, and optimizing data strategies. You will also contribute to automating data workflows, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Here\'s How You Will Add Value : Score Interpretation & Application Interpret credit bureau scores and translate their implications for creditworthiness, probability of default, and loss given default Interpret trends, anomalies, and patterns in data to support risk assessment and forecasting. Data Strategy, Development & Optimization Collaborate with sales, product teams, and leadership to develop, implement, and refine data strategies based on insights across business use cases. Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting tools Validation & Testing Conduct hamonization works, rigorous testing and validation of data qualiy, accuracy, and effectiveness of derived metrics. Document data sources, processes, and analytical methodologies clearly and comprehensively. Ensure compliance with internal data governance and quality standards. What you\'ll need to succeed : Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics and / or Big Data Work Experience 4+ years experience in data analysis, preferably within financial services, credit rating, investment research or business information providers Knowledge, Skills & Competencies Able to read and understand financial statements, credit metrics and market instruments Proficient in SQL and Excel for data extraction and manipulation Proficient with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) Working knowledge of statistical software languages (Phyton, R, or SAS) Strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with financial and economic data sets Strong communication skills to present complex findings clearly
