Work Arrangement :
  • Remote work
  • 5-day work week (off days on Monday and Tuesday)
  • 1-year contract
  • Key Responsibilities :

    • Respond to customer inquiries via email and online chat in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
    • Handle customer issues and complaints, ensure customer satisfaction
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, services, and company policies
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
    • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality and efficiency
    • Assist agents with customer-related inquiries
    • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
    • Job Requirements :

    • Proficiency in both Chinese and English as the staff will be liaising with Chinese Customers regularly.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Have a positive attitude, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others
