Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to issue the invoice billing to tenants, collection of ageing debt of the tenants and issue the official receipt to the tenants.
- Improve collection efficiency and maintain good business relationship with tenants.
- Ensure all collections are banked-in to the Company bank account on time as per the Company policies and procedures.
- Report any payment issues to management or the appropriate team.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.
- Maintain responsive communication with tenants and resolving tenant’s complaints; enforce rules and escalate issues and problems to senior management when necessary.
- Handling initial tasks related to handing over and coordination of the process of vacant possession.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements
Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Business Administration / Retail Management / Economics / Communication / Marketing or equivalentMinimum two (2) years’ experience in related field, preferably in Shopping Mall Management, Retail, Event Management backgroundGood communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in Mandarina will added advantage.Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesWilling to travel (outstation)Full-Time position(s) availableSeniority level
