What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring a warm and professional experience
• Assisting with patient registration, appointment scheduling, and record-keeping
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the clinic environment
• Providing administrative support to the clinical team, such as data entry and file management
• Ensuring the proper stocking and inventory of medical supplies and equipment
• Offering exceptional customer service and responding to patient inquiries and concerns
