Penerangan pekerjaanJunior Associate (Civil Litigation) 1-2 years PQE and above LLB 2 : 1 with a demonstration of a strong work ethic Experience in handling debt recovery portfolios is an added advantage Willing to learn and passionate about litigation Able to work under pressure independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision Reliable, responsible, and punctual, especially with regard to deadlines, whether imposed by the Court or by the Firm from time to time Pleasant personality and able to work well in a team Good communication and writing / drafting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Fluency in Mandarin and other dialects would be an advantage Paralegal Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent. Candidates will be exposed to litigation, conveyancing and other related matters. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Good communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Malay language.

Job Description
- Junior Associate (Civil Litigation) — We are looking for a Civil Litigation Associate who has a genuine interest in advocacy and is keen to be involved in court work. The role includes :
- Handling civil litigation matters, including mediation, case management, hearings, and trials independently or in a team, whether conducted via eReview, Zoom / Skype, or in person (within or outside of the Klang Valley).
- Liaising with clients professionally and responsively.
- Drafting and preparing legal documents such as correspondence, legal opinions, pleadings, cause papers, affidavits, submissions, and any other documents required by the Court or necessary for case preparation.
- Conducting legal research on relevant issues to support case strategies and court work.
- Managing files from start to finish, both independently and collaboratively.
- Paralegal — We are looking for a skilled and proactive Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will support our legal professionals by handling a variety of tasks, including legal research, document preparation, and case management.
